Corporate Executive Case Study: Driving Sales with Equality

I was the executive producer and sponsorship marketing lead for this annual event.  The Out100, produced by Out magazine and sponsored by luxury auto brand Lexus, celebrates LGBTQIA+ men and women who have inspired us, moved us and shaped our culture.

I created a sponsorship model for the Out100, including sponsorship tiers identifying inclusions for the event, website, Out.com, and print magazine.  I also authored and designed Out100 pitch deck, securing $1.2M in paid sponsorship monies, including a presenting sponsorship from Lexus. 

Other responsibilities: Directed all on-site brand activations.  Negotiated talent deals and booked musical talent for the event.  Managed performance and delivery upon action items of event production agency, PR agency, videographers and photographers.  Coordinated efforts between brand team, editorial team and sales & finance.  Directed creation of branded sponsored content for website and print magazine.  Created production timelines and ensured on-time delivery.  Kept the brand team happy through the process.
